I'm really struggling with spider mites again after a tough summer last year when they spread from my indoor plants to all my seedlings and outdoor plants. I took extra precautions this year, starting fresh with new soil, pots, and seeds. But to my disappointment, I've just discovered a plant that's infested with these pesky mites! I'm at a loss and feeling discouraged. I want to keep my passion for gardening alive while also protecting the environment. Can I use pyrethrin on my seedlings right now and then plant them outside in a month? Are there any safe pesticide sprays available in Norway? I'm considering using diatomaceous earth but I'm worried about harming bees and other beneficial insects. Also, is it safe to use hydrogen peroxide for watering during the growing season? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

One solution to consider is ordering some predator mites from websites like naturesgoodguys.com. I've had great success in keeping my garden pest-free just by introducing these beneficial predators occasionally. They take care of the spider mites for you!
I tried that approach last year, but it didn't work quite as expected. I think I may not have ordered enough or maybe the conditions weren't right. Just a heads up!
