The previous owner claimed they replaced the fascia and soffit around the patio right before selling it to me, but I've noticed that there's water leaking where those boards meet. This is particularly concerning since the patio has a flat roof, and I think I'll need to replace both the fascia and soffits due to the damage from heavy rain.
