Hey everyone! I'm working on making some candles and I'm looking for suggestions. I've found out that I'm allergic to essential oils, so I really want to avoid using them for scenting the candles. Additionally, I'm having trouble with coloring the wax; crayons I've used created smoke. I'm hoping to find natural ways to scent the candles without chemicals and to discover what kind of ink or dye would work for coloring the wax. Any tips would be greatly appreciated! Thanks, and sorry for any grammar mistakes!

For coloring your candles, you might want to try food coloring. It can help with getting the color you want without the issues that crayons cause. When it comes to scents, instead of essential oils, consider using natural ingredients like dried herbs or spices. Things like lavender, lemongrass, or even an Italian spice mix can add pleasant aromas and are safe alternatives!
Thanks for your insight, dear friend. It will be a great help in my path to making the great candles.
