I have three high output 3 amp hour batteries and three regular 5 amp hour batteries, and I'm trying to figure out which ones last longer and deliver more power. I often use these batteries for commercial electrical work, so any insights would be really helpful!

The high output CP3.0 batteries use 21700 cells, which can handle higher discharge rates compared to the regular 5.0 batteries that use 18650 cells. This means the 3.0 batteries provide more power to compatible tools, but in terms of runtime, the regular 5.0 will last longer because of its higher amp hour rating. In my experience using the CP3.0 with a 7 1/4" miter saw, it performs well enough for my needs, plus the quicker discharge helps maintain blade speed. They're a solid choice for lighter tools without going for the bulkier HO 6.0 batteries.

That makes sense, I might start bringing a couple more of my 3.0 batteries to work then!
