How can I boost water temperature and pressure in my bathrooms?

Hey everyone! I'm dealing with pretty mediocre water temperature and pressure in my bathrooms, especially during winter when someone might be using the other bathroom. I've tried switching the showerhead and adjusting the temperature valve on my faucet, but no luck. I have a roughly 10-year-old tankless water heater that's maintained regularly, and the water pipes are 1/2". This is a two-story, single-family home in the northeast US with city water supply. I'm wondering if I should invest in a pressure booster pump or possibly an extra water heating tank, or if there are any simpler solutions? Thanks in advance!

Hey! A quick fix you might want to try is checking the showerhead for a flow restrictor. If you remove the rubber insert with some needle nose pliers, it can really ramp up the water pressure. Plus, this might enhance the massage function of your shower as well! Let me know how it goes!

Thanks for the tip! Do you think this will also help with the water temperature indirectly?
