I have a situation where my tile is 1/8" higher than the hardwood floor it meets. I've been looking for transition options, but I can't seem to find reducers for such a small height difference. What can I do to solve this issue?

Definitely go with a transition strip! They make them specifically for small height differences, and you can find plenty in big-box stores. Metal strips are a good choice since they're durable.
You can also use some unconventional items like coins or washers that are 1/8" thick to bridge that gap. If you're feeling a bit creative, layering strips of roofing paper could work too—just keep checking your height as you go!
You've got a couple of solid options here! A transition strip that’s flat usually works well to cover that tiny gap, and the height difference is barely noticeable. If you can’t find one that fits, you could grab a 1/4" reducer and simply plane down the underside to match the height you need.
