I'm looking to replace my showerhead but I'm not very strong, especially compared to men. Can anyone share some tips on how to remove the old showerhead and securely install a new one? I've tried using a wrench but couldn't get it off. Any tricks I should know?

If you're having trouble, consider getting a pair of long channel-lock pliers. They really give you the leverage you need to loosen the showerhead without injuring yourself. Just be careful not to apply too much force, or you might damage the pipes behind it.
I've changed showerheads before and I recommend using a wrench or pliers with a rag to protect the finish. If it’s really stuck, you might want to try applying some liquid wrench or even vinegar to dissolve mineral buildup—just let it sit for a bit before trying again.
If it's really tight and you're uncomfortable, it might be best to call a plumber. Plumbing can be tricky, especially with old fixtures. A small mistake can lead to big issues, so don’t hesitate to ask someone for help!
That sounds like a solid idea! I've had good success with channel locks before. Just make sure you're not twisting too hard on the pipes.
