Clover is actually a great companion for your tulips and hyacinths! It helps attract pollinators, so you might want to keep some around. As for those dirt patches, just try to reseed the area and keep it well-watered. You could also test your soil to see if there are any nutrient deficiencies that need addressing.
It sounds like you have some lovely bulbs, but yeah, those weeds can be a pain! Once the blooming season for your tulips and hyacinths wraps up, you should dig up the bulbs and replant them where you want them. If it were me, I'd also consider encouraging clover growth throughout the lawn—it can add some nice color and keep things lively.
