I'm in the process of transforming my detached garage into an office space and planning to lay down insulation and vinyl flooring over the concrete. I also intend to add drywall to cover the current painted plywood walls. I have this pipe that seems to carry the electrical services from my house, and I'm looking for suggestions on how to disguise it while still keeping it accessible. Any ideas?

You might not need to worry too much about accessibility since it terminates elsewhere. Consider just bumping out the wall to cover it! You can even add a small access panel if you want.
