Hey everyone! My mum and I love making fermented rice masks, but we're running into a challenge for our process during the winter months. Normally, we dry the mixture in the sun, which is perfect for our sunny Australia climate. However, since it's cold now, we need a way to replicate that hot and sunny environment indoors. I'm concerned about the mixture getting moldy since it's quite wet, and we need good heat and ventilation. Any suggestions on how to achieve this?

You might want to look into a fully ventilated grow tent. Using either a metal halide or a high-pressure sodium light could create the hot, sunny conditions you need. Even a small seed starting kit with a bright light and heat mat could work too!
It sounds like you need a warm, dry place with plenty of air circulation! Have you considered getting a food dehydrator? It's a simple and effective solution that could help you dry out the rice masks without the risk of mold.
