I'm looking to add a tiny 3/4 bathroom to my outbuilding, which is a single rectangular room measuring about 20ft x 15ft. I need to fit in a toilet, sink, and shower, prioritizing space efficiency since this bathroom will only be used occasionally. The layout is a bit tricky because I have a fixed window at 75" that I can't change, but I could potentially adjust the 48" width to make it slightly larger. Is it feasible to create this setup within those constraints? Here's a link to a layout I've designed: [https://imgur.com/a/DZZai80](https://imgur.com/a/DZZai80). Thanks for any tips!

I’ve got a bath area similar in size, around 84x59". My toilet is beside the sink, and while it makes things a bit tight when closing the door, it generally works well. I’d suggest going with a pedestal or wall-mounted sink and maybe a curbless shower with a curtain. This way, you could shave off a few extra inches on that longer side if needed!
Before diving in, consider if freezing is a concern for your setup. Making sure you pull the right permits is essential too! The layout looks doable, but I’d really think about how you'd get your water and drain lines to the outbuilding.
You might want to re-think the layout a bit, especially placing the toilet next to the sink since it can limit your space. Also, opting for a smaller shower could save you a lot of room!
Would 48" allow enough room to put the toilet and sink on the same wall? I guess I could fit the shower into whatever space is left over, keeping it functional but compact.

Since I'm renovating the main house, I'm planning to tie the new bathroom into the existing sewer and water system. I’ll also install a small hot water heater there since there's existing gas and HVAC to keep it warm during use.
