How Can I Fix My Bathroom Vanity Panels That Aren’t Aligned?

Asked By CraftyBuilder89 On

I'm building a bathroom vanity and noticed that the two inner panels at the top are a few degrees off, despite using right angle clamps for alignment. This misalignment is affecting my design, and I need suggestions to fix it. I considered using a threaded rod to pull the panels into alignment, but I'm open to other ideas. Any thoughts?

Honestly, if the carcass isn't square, you'll run into issues down the road. The best long-term solution might be to rebuild it to ensure everything aligns properly. I get that it might mean more material costs, but it could save you headaches later on.

Have you thought about using shims? They could help adjust the panels without a complete rebuild. If you can keep everything stable, it might just work!

Great idea! Shimming is often the easiest fix, especially if the outside panels are already square.
