I'm having some trouble with my office chair—the height adjustment lever isn't working and the cylinder is completely stuck at the lowest position. I can't get it to go up or down. Has anyone dealt with this issue before? Any suggestions would be really appreciated! Thanks!

Also, make sure the handle is hitting the cylinder plunger when you pull it. If it’s not doing anything at all, it might just be time to let it go. In that case, getting a new chair could be a better option!
