I'm currently remodeling my kitchen and bathroom with a company, but I'm really uncomfortable with the plumber who's been assigned to my bathroom. He installed my faucets, but there's an annoying noise when I use them. I've mentioned it to him and the project manager, but nothing has been done.
He also reused my old kitchen drain instead of installing the new one that came with my sink, and when I asked for that to be switched, he seemed annoyed, claiming I should have told him earlier. Additionally, he agreed to patch up my carpets but hasn't actually done it, and he made excuses blaming the other workers for delays. I'm worried about the quality of his plumbing work on my shower too.
I want to talk to the project manager to change the workers, but I'm not sure how to approach this. Any advice would be appreciated!

First off, check your contract to see what rights you have regarding the workers. If you still owe them money, that gives you some leverage to demand quality work. Make sure to communicate your concerns clearly to the project manager about the issues you've faced. Your feelings are valid, and it's crucial to ensure the work meets your expectations.
You should definitely have an honest chat with your project manager. Don't hold back on the problems you're experiencing. It's their job to make sure everything goes smoothly for you, so they should be open to switching out workers if you're not satisfied. Best of luck!
For sure! Just be clear about your expectations, and they should understand. It's all about getting the remodeling done right!

Totally agree! It's also a good idea to ask the project manager to come by and check out the issues in person. Point out everything that's bothering you and ask for a new crew to fix it. It might take a couple of days, but it's important to have the right team on this.
