I've got a group of noisy birds that have taken up residence in my attic, and honestly, it's not as charming as it sounds. They have nested in an HVAC hose and are squawking for up to 16 hours a day! While I'd prefer to let nature be, I simply can't take the noise anymore. I'm considering relocating them, but just dumping them in a bag feels wrong. What's the best way to deal with this situation? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Honestly, getting a cat could help! They can be great for keeping small critters like that at bay, but I get that it’s not the best solution for your attic birds. Just think about it!
Keep in mind that birds can also carry small pests like swallow bugs or bird mites, so it might be best to evict them sooner rather than later. Just be mindful of how you do it!
You might want to try using some natural repellents instead of removing them. A mix of 10 drops of peppermint oil in a quart of water can help convince them to leave without causing harm. You could also use vinegar or a splash of chili oil in water. Just make sure you don’t spray them directly! And once they’re gone, seal up the entry point they used to get in. Good luck!
Lol thank you. I'll try your advice to drive them away peacefully.
