I'm dealing with a terrible gnat infestation in my house plants, and nothing I've tried seems to work. I already have a Zevo gnat trap that catches quite a few, but I need something more effective to eliminate these pests completely. What methods or products would you recommend?

You could try using Bacillus thuringiensis, which is available in mosquito bits or concentrate. It really helps deal with the larvae in the soil without harming your plants.
I had a similar issue, and what worked for me was combining sticky traps, a hydrogen peroxide and water mix (1 part hydrogen peroxide to 5 parts water), and watering my plants less frequently. It took about a year, but eventually, I got rid of all the gnats!

How do I actually apply that to my soil? Do I just dilute it in water?
