How Can I Get Rid of Thorny Weeds in My Garden?

I've got thorns popping up all over my garden, and it's turning into a real mess. I think they're from a blackberry bush, but I can't figure out where they're coming from. They've gotten quite chaotic and spread out, making it hard to find the main source. Any tips on how to tackle this?

If those thorns are wild blackberry or bramble, they can spread pretty wildly. They grow in such a way that the stems can root when they touch the ground, so it's not as easy as just pulling out one bush. You'll probably have to remove all visible parts regularly until you get a handle on it. If you have healthy plants nearby, that can help because those thorns tend to spread more in bare areas.

The only surefire way is to dig them up whenever you spot them. They tend to run underground, so it might take some effort, but you'll need to be persistent.

Follow those thorny branches all the way to the ground to find the roots. That's the best way to deal with them! It's straightforward gardening; just dig them up when you see them!

I appreciate the advice, but I've tried that and it's tougher since they're intermingled with other plants. It’s a bit overwhelming for me, and I'm just looking for some extra guidance here. Not everyone is a gardening pro!
