I have three utility boxes in my condo yard that are about 2 feet tall: one for electric, one for cable, and one for telephone. I really want to get the utility companies to motivate and bury them instead. Does anyone have tips on how to approach this? I'm located in Tennessee, USA. Just a heads up, I've seen the lawn service bump into them a couple of times, and now one of them is leaning!

Honestly, good luck with that! It can be a hassle getting utility companies to budge, but trying never hurts!
You might want to consider offering to pay for the service. They do have easement rights, so they might be less inclined to act without extra motivation. It’s a bit disappointing, but that might be the best way forward.
If you're feeling bold, you could always try the drastic approach and destroy them! Just kidding—sort of. Sometimes causing a little hassle can motivate them to fix things instead. But seriously, maybe start with the payment option. Good luck!

That’s kinda what I expected lol
