I want to put up a Ring camera outside, but the wiring from my home, built in 1988, doesn't include a ground wire. I've got a vinyl soffit that's tough to remove without damaging the gutters, so I'm not sure what options I have. Any advice?

Consider installing an outlet with GFCI protection. It's an acceptable workaround if you don't have a ground wire. I swapped out all my 2-prong outlets for GFCIs after chatting with an electrician, and it saved me a lot of hassle without any issues since then!

That's a great tip! I've thought about GFCI breakers too. Do you think that's a good option as well?
