Hey everyone! I'm dealing with some pesky chipmunks who are raiding my container garden. They've already wiped out my first ripe strawberry, and I just caught one munching on two more. I read that coffee grounds might help, but I'm looking for more solid advice. I really would like to avoid using netting if possible. Has anyone tried using coffee grounds (either used or fresh)? I have plenty of used K-cups I can utilize. My garden containers are set on a concrete patio with no other place to move them. I've got strawberries, peas, tomatoes, zucchini, cucumbers, and peppers. I'm worried they'll start targeting my tomatoes once they're ripe. Any suggestions would be much appreciated!

You could try using a few moth balls around your pots – they help keep squirrels away, and I’ve had luck with chipmunks too. Just be careful, as they are pretty determined. My husband also took care of some using a pellet gun, but that's another option if you’re not averse to it. Just a heads-up, they can chew through car wires and dig under outdoor units!
Do those moth balls last after it rains? I might have some lying around I can use.
