I've got an LG AC unit that's in a tight spot, and it keeps thinking it's reached the desired temperature much too quickly. As a result, it stops pushing out cold air before cooling down the entire space. Does anyone have suggestions on how to fix this for now, until I can move the AC to a better location?

You might want to consider using a box fan in adjacent rooms to help pull in the cold air. It can really help circulate the air better. Also, if it's a wall-mounted unit, making sure the fan runs continuously might be beneficial too.
One thing you can try is setting your AC to a lower temperature than what you actually want. That might help it keep running longer. Just keep in mind, it can take some time to affect the whole space.
Another option is to place a thermometer where you want the temperature to reach a certain point. For instance, if you want a room to be around 72 degrees but the thermometer shows 80, set the AC to 70 or even 68 until it hits that target. But make sure it has a way to measure that temp!
Unfortunately, it doesn't have a built-in thermostat.

Yeah, but even at the lowest setting, it still feels warm in other parts of the house.
