How can I keep my insulated acoustic box at 30C?

I'm working on building a small insulated box, about 30x25x25 cm, to serve as an acoustic anechoic chamber. I'm aiming to maintain a temperature of 30C inside it. What are some effective methods to regulate the temperature, considering both cooling and heating options?

One approach I've seen is to have any hot components for cooling placed outside the box. This prevents heat from building up inside and keeps the temperature more stable. Just make sure whatever you use for cooling isn’t leaking air in or out.

It really depends on whether you need heating, cooling, or both. If you're just looking to maintain that 30C, you could set up a heating element that turns off when it reaches the desired temp. For cooling, some people have suggested circulating air outside the box to keep things from getting too hot, especially if you plan on using it for extended periods.
