I recently built a home office shed in my backyard, and it's so well-sealed that the door is tough to open or close due to air pressure. I'm looking for a way to regulate this pressure without compromising on insulation or let insects in. Ideally, I'd love a product that can manage the air pressure while keeping my shed comfortable and quiet. Bonus points if it's easy to install!

You might want to consider adding a small vent with a fine enough screen to keep insects out. It’s really important for your health, as an airtight room can lead to carbon dioxide buildup, which isn't good for your brain function. The slight noise or temperature changes from a vent will be far less disruptive to your work than stale air can be.
Just so you know, a room really needs ventilation to breathe. Airtight spaces can be great for energy efficiency, but they absolutely require proper ventilation to maintain good indoor air quality. Without it, you risk mold growth and breathing stale air, which can be super uncomfortable. You should think about balanced ventilation with heat recovery; it might sound like overkill for a shed, but it could solve your problem!
Using a standard vent may not be the best option, but backing it with filter cloth and insulation could work. However, if you're worried about too much hot or cold air coming through, maybe find a vent that only opens when the door is being used. Something with a spring mechanism could keep it tight unless there's pressure.
