How Can I Manage Weeds in My Large Garden Without Harmful Chemicals?

I've been gardening for years, and it's a family tradition that I really cherish. However, after my grandparent recently hurt their hip while trying to pull weeds, I've been reevaluating my options for managing weeds in a safer way. My garden is about 30x40 feet, and while I've thought about simply pulling them out, that's not really feasible with the size and the current circumstances. I'm not a fan of chemical weed killers either, especially since I want to keep my gardening organic and homegrown. I'm searching for effective methods or tools that can help remove weeds without damaging my plants or relying on harmful substances. Any tips would be really appreciated!

If you're struggling with bigger weeds, a garden weasel can be a lifesaver. I also use this cool four-pronged cultivator that you can work from a standing position—super handy and easy on the back! You might find it useful to weed whack first if there's space between your plants.

I'm dealing with a vegetable garden too, and my weeds look a lot like grass. They're not the nasty kinds, so maybe in between the veggies, I could still use those tools without harming them.
