I'm currently working on repairing some holes in my walls and I'm wondering if anyone has tips for matching the texture of the existing layers of paint. I'm at Home Depot right now, and the orange peel texture looks somewhat similar, but I'm worried I might mess it up. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

You can try using sponges or different types of rollers! My wife actually did this on one of our walls. My mom's a painter, and she's shared quite a few tricks for texture matching over the years. Experiment with what feels right!
