I bought these amazing custom vent covers, but I messed up by not getting them with screw holes. Is there a way to mount them without using screws? Or am I stuck having to buy new ones?

You might want to try using double-sided Velcro or some 'No More Nails' adhesive! Both can work really well. I also heard that some people have luck with double-sided self-adhesive pads, so that's worth checking out too!
The Velcro idea sounds pretty intriguing! I tried heavy duty double-sided tape before, but it only lasted an hour before coming off. Maybe it was the wall texture that caused that!
