I'm struggling with my yard flooding every time it rains, leading to a lot of standing water. Unfortunately, I can't regrade the area or find a place to divert the water. I can share some photos in the comments for context. Any suggestions on how to manage this issue?

You could also buy a load of dirt and fill in the low spots in your yard. It's going to take some elbow grease, but it's not too complicated. Just be mindful that I know you mentioned you can't regrade, so maybe just focus on the areas that are particularly problematic.
I'm curious why you can't grade your yard. Do you specifically know where the water is coming from? Are you in a depressed area, or are there nearby ditches or creeks? Have you thought about installing French drains to help manage the water?
One option you might consider is planting some trees that can absorb the excess water. Fast-growing species like weeping willows, birches, or water maples are particularly effective. They'll soak up a lot of water and can help reduce standing water in your yard.
