I'm quoting a job for radiator covers, and one of them is intended to serve as a TV unit. I'm concerned about the heat from the radiator potentially harming the TV and its equipment. Has anyone had any success with materials or methods to keep the heat from affecting the electronics? Would love to hear your thoughts!

I agree with the previous suggestion! It’s a good idea to incorporate some vents or openings near the top of the covers to let heat escape. That way, you’re not just trapping the hot air in there.
You might consider building the cover about 6-8 inches higher than usual and using some heat-resistant foam insulation inside. That could help with keeping the heat at bay!
This is basically what I was thinking too—adding height and using a heat-resistant material. Thanks for the tip!

That’s a solid idea! I’ll definitely keep that in mind, thanks!
