How Can I Quickly Boost Nitrogen and Phosphorus in My Vegetable Garden?

Hey everyone!
I just set up some new raised beds filled with a mix of top soil and compost from a landscape supply store. I added a little bit of black cow when planting, thinking this would be fertile enough. However, my plants aren't thriving; I've got yellowing leaves on my peppers and tomatoes, and most of my other plants are just tiny seedlings. I recently tested the soil and found that while the pH (6.5) and potassium levels are fine, both nitrogen and phosphorus are really low.
What's the quickest way to fix this deficiency? I tried adding some 'mater magic' pellets about a week ago, but I realized they're slow-release and take a while to work. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

I’d recommend using a balanced liquid fertilizer. It should help give your plants a quick boost in nitrogen and phosphorus!

Have you done a professional soil test or just a home kit? The home tests can be pretty off sometimes. It might help to show some pictures of your plants too!

I used a home test for a quick assessment, but I'm also sending a sample for a more thorough analysis through my local agricultural extension this week. I did a control test with some fertilizer to confirm that the home test works. Here are the concerning leaves I mentioned:

The healthier plants in the back were just planted, but my six tomato plants are all developing these yellowing leaves, and my pepper plants are yellowing too.
