I recently moved into my house in March, and I've encountered an issue this summer with HVAC condensation. The drain is positioned in a way that it floods the area right in front of my fence, making it really messy. Digging a French drain could be your best bet. Just make sure to run some PVC underground to connect it. You could dig a trench about a foot wide and three feet deep filled with gravel, which should efficiently redirect the water. And remember to call 811 first to check for any utility lines in the area before you start digging!
One simple solution is to get a flexible gutter extension. You can position it right where the water drains out and direct the flow away from your fence. If you want a more permanent fix, consider making the PVC drainage line longer. Another option is to bury the condensation line and connect it to a French drain, but that could involve more costs.
