Hey everyone! I'm dealing with a humidity problem in my remote cabin, and I'm looking for some solutions. I have three 550W solar panels set up and a remote power pack with an inverter that I use when I'm away. I found a 12V solar panel fan that could potentially help with the humidity, but I'm wondering if there's a solution that allows me to plug the fan directly into the solar panels. Can anyone suggest a fan that would work with my solar setup or any other ideas?

Those three 550W panels are way over what that fan can handle, voltage-wise. The fan runs on 12 volts, so if your inverter is also 12V, you can just connect the fan directly to it. If your inverter's 24V, you'll need a DC to DC step-down converter to get it to the right voltage. Alternatively, you could get a different 12V inverter that matches your system, but make sure it can handle the voltage output from your panels. Another option is to pair the fan with a solar panel specifically designed for it and keep it separate from your main setup.

Can you run two inverters in parallel? Wouldn't their MPPT settings conflict with each other?
