How Can I Remove Grout Residue from Porcelain Tiles?

Asked By SillySocks4Ever On

I just had my dad, the handyman, lay some tiles in my laundry room and I'm really happy with the results! The only issue is that I've noticed some white grout residue left on my black 12x24 porcelain tiles around the edges, even after I've mopped them. I've tried cleaning it with plain water and a Scrub Daddy sponge, but the thin residue won't come off. It feels smooth, but I'm wondering if the porcelain might be soaking it up. Any tips for getting this grout haze off?

I had the same issue before! Try using diluted white vinegar with a microfiber cloth. If that doesn't do the trick, definitely consider the grout haze remover. Just remember to read the directions to avoid any mishaps!

You should grab some grout haze remover from your local home improvement store; it works wonders. Just make sure to follow the instructions carefully for the best results.
