Hey everyone! I recently moved into a new house and I've got this setup leftover from the previous owners. It's a doorbell installation, but I'm looking to switch it out for a USB port instead. I need some guidance on how to connect a USB port to these wires I have here. What exactly do I need to purchase to make this happen? Thanks a bunch! It sounds like you've got some old 24VAC wiring there. Just a heads up, if you want to install a USB port, you’ll need to figure out if you're powering something or just charging it. What exactly are you planning to power with the USB?
