I'm trying to figure out how to reroute my gutters to make sure the water drains away from my foundation properly. I've drawn up a rough plan, but I'm looking for advice or suggestions on the best way to do this. I know I need to ensure everything is sloped correctly—are there any additional considerations I should keep in mind, like using extra-long concrete splash blocks?

One option is to cut your existing downspout about 3 feet above ground level and then attach an extra-long extender to it. This will help redirect the water further away from the foundation.
