Hey everyone! I'm dealing with a bit of a messy situation here. My tub is white, but the tub surround has turned yellow over time, despite my weekly cleaning efforts. I've tried a few cleaning methods like diluted bleach, straight bleach (which was a nightmare), vinegar and water mixtures, and even some consumer products, but nothing seems to work. I suspect that having hard water might be contributing to this issue. Is there any hope to restore it to its original white color? I'm open to trying any advice you have, and I'll definitely update you on how things go! Thanks a bunch!

Zep or peroxide usually does wonders for me! Just keep in mind not to mix different cleaning agents together—safety first! Let me know what works for you.
If your water has a high iron content, that could be causing the yellowing. Try using Barkeep’s Friend; it’s known to tackle those stains really well!

You might want to try CLR! It’s a great product for tough stains like this and could help with the yellowing. Just follow the instructions on the bottle and see how it goes!
I’ve heard of CLR and am definitely going to give it a shot! Should I use it straight or mix it with water?
I haven’t used peroxide in ages! I’m going to try everything and keep you guys posted.
