I'm facing an issue with securing wires from the middle of my solar panel to the optimizer. I've got about 4 feet of wire, but there's nothing to attach it to in the middle of the panel. What are some good ways to keep these wires from hanging down? I want to avoid stretching them too much, but right now, it feels like there's no solid solution!

I totally get your struggle! It sounds like the standard clips might not cut it for your setup. Since your wires are too short to route around the panel, have you thought about fabricating shorter cables to connect the optimizers? It might feel like a hassle, but it could be a better long-term solution. Plus, it keeps everything neat!
You can use some small wire management clips to attach the wires directly to the panel. They work pretty well; you just place a couple on each panel to keep everything organized. Here's a suggestion I found: https://a.co/d/d9KOHVU.
