How Can I Soundproof Around My Double Glazed Windows?

Hey everyone! We've just moved into a new house, and I've noticed that some of the windows have a noticeable gap above them. If I look up from the window, I can actually see the outside wall and the stud walls. What's the best way to fill this gap to keep the sound out? Any advice would be appreciated!

Caulk is a solid option for filling in those gaps you see around your windows. It can really help reduce noise coming in. Just make sure to apply it properly for the best effect!

But what if the gap is around 2 inches wide? Is caulk still the way to go, or should we consider stuffing it with foam or another material?
