I've been dealing with a frustrating issue where my garage floods every time it rains heavily, specifically at the garage door. We've got gutters in place, but they overflow during downpours, causing water to splash into the garage. Even after sealing the door and applying a ton of caulk, the problem persists. I'm considering calling in a contractor, but I'm uncertain about which type of professional I should seek. Any suggestions? Also, I've attached a video demonstrating the situation.

It's crucial to investigate if the water is coming in from the sides or the bottom of the door. If it’s from the bottom, I recommend using a floor seal or a weatherstripping solution specifically designed for garage doors.
Have you looked into adding extensions to your downspouts? Moving the water further from the garage could help prevent it from getting in. Just make sure the downspouts are properly draining away from the building.
It sounds like the gutters might be the root of the problem. Maybe check if they're bent, sagging, or too small to handle the volume of water. If they’re clean but still overflowing, you might need to adjust their placement to direct water away from the garage instead of letting it splash in.
