I just got my hands on the Milwaukee Packout 2 drawer and ran into a bit of an issue. The bottom drawer seems to be misaligned because one of the drawer slides was installed incorrectly, and it's hanging loose. I managed to take off the aluminum rails, but I'm stuck on how to remove the black top of the unit to fix the slide. Is there a way to correct it without completely taking apart the whole box? I want to avoid a return since I bought it on sale from ACE Hardware, and their service has been less than helpful! Thanks for any tips!

Honestly, if I were you, I'd try to get it swapped out at ACE. I know it's not the best shop, but sometimes you might get a better deal at a different location. Ace stores are individually owned, so don't let one bad experience with customer service affect your chances at another place! Still, I totally get wanting to avoid the hassle if you can fix it yourself.
To get that black top off, here's a quick trick: push the right-side white tab up and the left-side down, then pull forward to unlatch. It should come off pretty easily, like within 12 seconds! Just be careful with it.
I appreciate the quick tip, but I think that's just for the drawer slides, not actually for removing the top itself. Any other ideas?

Totally understand where you're coming from. Honestly, if you feel like tackling it yourself, just search for how to pop the top off. You might save a trip!
