I've got two cases of unused maple floorboards, and I'm trying to figure out the best way to attach them together to create a desktop. I don't have too many tools, so I'd appreciate any tips or methods that are beginner-friendly!

Before diving in, I'd love to know the size of your boards and if they are tongue and groove. It really can affect how you put them together! Also, what tools do you have or can easily access? That's super important for planning this out!
So my boards range from about one foot to five feet long, and yes, they are tongue and groove. I was thinking of cutting that off since the edges are a bit rounded, which creates a bumpy surface. Tools wise, I've got a table saw, circular saw, sander, a few chisels, a hammer, drill/screw gun, and a small router, though I'm not too comfortable using that.
