How Can I Use My Socket Wrench Set with a Screwdriver?

Hey everyone! I'm a bit puzzled about how to attach my 1/4" drive sockets to my ratcheting screwdriver. I have a set of sockets designed for a 1/4" drive that I bought to work on a 5.5 mm nut. My screwdriver has different interchangeable heads that fit a hexagonal bit, and I'm wondering if there's a tool or adapter that would let me connect the two? I know the torque might not be ideal, but I'm trying to make it work for those tricky spots where the wrench doesn't fit. Any advice?

You can also find a screwdriver handle with a 1/4” drive tip that works with socket sizes. This way, you can use your sockets without needing an adapter. Just make sure it fits your needs and torque requirements!

An adapter is definitely the way to go! You need one that’s 1/4" hex male on one side and 1/4" hex female on the other. It’ll let you connect your sockets to the screwdriver easily.
