How Can I Wirelessly Control a Bass Potentiometer?

Asked By BassMaster77 On

I'm working on a project where I want to create a wireless bass knob similar to what LF Audio offers. Is there a way to wirelessly control a potentiometer, and can I integrate this potentiometer into my custom box for manual control? Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

If this is for a demo car setup, I totally get wanting to control multiple features. You could create separate controls for bass, mids, highs, and even a voltage control.” Just focus on how to manage the pots, and you should be good to go. Sounds like a fun project!

You can definitely control a pot wirelessly! Some stereo systems use motors to turn an encoder or potentiometer via a remote. If you want to get fancy, you could use a digital potentiometer IC. What exactly are you trying to replicate? Do you already have a specific knob in mind?
