I've got two Ecoflow 100AH batteries that I want to hook up as part of a 12V system, and I also have a 12V inverter ready to go. I've already charged both batteries individually, but I'm not sure how similar their voltages need to be before I connect them. Does anyone have guidance on this?

For batteries of that size, you ideally want their voltages to be within 0.5 volts of each other, but the closer the better—aim for something like 0.2 volts if you can. When using breakers, a small difference isn't as big of a deal, but it’s safer to keep them close to avoid large current flows when initially connected.

Yeah, 0.5 volts is pretty much the max you want. Aiming for 0.2 volts or less is definitely smarter to prevent issues. Better safe than sorry!
