How do I clean mineral deposits off my house siding?

I've noticed some strange stains on the side of my house, and I'm not sure what they are or how to clean them up. I found this image that shows the problem: https://imgur.com/gallery/side-jtIB4e4. Does anyone have advice on cleaning this off? Also, what could be causing these stains in the first place?

It looks like those stains are probably mineral deposits from hard water, maybe from hoses or sprinklers splashing on the siding. You can try cleaning them with a mix of vinegar and water (50/50) and use a soft scrub brush to get it off. Just a heads up, I noticed some rot on the siding as well, so keep an eye on that.

For cleaning, I suggest that vinegar-water solution! It's super effective for mineral deposits. If you're dealing with hard water stains, this method should help a lot. Just be gentle with that scrub brush!
