I've got a sticking door in one of my bathrooms, and I suspect it might be due to the house settling. I've always kept this door open, so now it just doesn't fit properly anymore. I tried adjusting the top hinge, which helped a bit, but it's still sticking. Should I consider sanding down the top of the door or trying something else? Any advice would be appreciated!

It sounds like your hinges might just need some straightening. I found a great video on this once! I tried all sorts of tricks before I finally did that, and it worked like a charm for me.
One tip is to use longer screws in the top hinge. If that doesn't help, you may have to sand down the door a bit. I’ve had similar issues myself and it often comes back to just adjusting those hinges or making small adjustments.
You could try shaving the part of the door that’s sticking! That's helped a few people I know.
I have an older house from the 1860s and this happens every winter. It usually clears up by late spring! One trick that worked for me was removing the paint from the top of the door—it was pretty thick after a few layers. Not sure if that applies to you, but it's worth a shot!
I’ve had the same issue! When the seasons change, I tend to back the screws out a bit on the top hinge, sometimes it fixes the sticking.
