I've been dealing with a fungus gnat infestation for months, and it feels never-ending. I really went to extremes, trying to kill my plants by depriving them of water! I've got sticky traps all over, and even plugged in UV lights. I also bought a non-toxic product that requires using a spray tank, which I'm not thrilled about. I'd like to avoid neem oil since it has some scary health warnings and my plants are near food prep areas in my small house, plus I have a dog. I eliminated some plants, but I still have several huge monsteras and a few expensive plants that I really don't want to lose. These gnats are everywhere – I feel like I'm inhaling them while I sleep! I could really use some practical advice to finally get rid of them before it impacts my health. Help!

You might want to check out BTI drops meant for pond use. Just add it to your watering can, and those gnats should be gone in about 4-5 cycles. It’s super effective!
Have you tried using Mosquito Bits? They worked wonders for me. Just brew a tea with them and use it to water your plants. It took me about 2 or 3 waterings to completely clear them out, and I'm a huge fan now!
So, a mix of yellow stickers, mosquito dunks, and beneficial nematodes has worked really well for me! You don’t need to resort to chemical pesticides. Just keep at it with those natural methods!

I already have the yellow stickers, so I’ll give the other methods a try. Thanks!
