I bought a flipped house about a year ago, and while the bathrooms and kitchen had new tile installed, I'm really unhappy with the kitchen tile. It's not level, has missing grout, and there are cracks everywhere. The upstairs bathroom is somewhat better, but it still has a few cracks, while the other bathroom is in decent shape. So, when is it appropriate to consider replacing the tile floor?

It's all about your budget and how much you're bothered by it. If you've got the funds and can't stand the sight of the old tile any longer, then it's time to change it!
Before jumping into a replacement, you should figure out what's causing the tile to fail. Sometimes it's due to an uneven substrate underneath. If that's the case, you’ll need to fix that issue first when you decide to replace it.

Totally agree! If the underlying issues aren't resolved, any new tiles might face the same problems in the future.
