I'm really stuck here, guys. I need some advice on removing a curtain rod support bracket that's got a bolt facing outward. I've tried everything from looking for a small screw or notch to pop off a faceplate, to using brute force in all directions, but nothing is working. I'm confused about how it could be bolted from inside the wall. Attached is a photo of the bracket for reference. Any tips would be appreciated!

Have you checked for a tiny Allen key set screw? Sometimes they're painted over, so it can be hard to see. The spot in your photo that looks like it could be a hole might actually be a set screw. Also, see if the bracket is threaded onto the bolt or maybe held by clips. Don’t forget to score around where the base meets the wall with a utility knife; that can help break the paint seal so you can pull it off more easily. Give it a bit of a twist or a pry once you do that!
