How do I remove a soap holder from my shower?

Hey everyone! I have this soap holder in my shower that tends to get in the way when people use it. I'm curious if it's easy enough for someone like me, who's a bit of a DIY novice, to take it out and replace it with a tile. I think the toughest part might be the grouting, but I'd love to hear your thoughts on whether this is a straightforward project or if I'm underestimating it.

Some soap holders are just affixed with adhesive, so you might be able to just pry it off. If it’s recessed, you’d need to find a tile that fits well. Just be ready for the challenge of matching the color unless you kept some spare tiles from when it was installed!

That was another thought, trying to find the exact tile too! This makes sense! Thanks!
