I've been struggling to remove this stubborn old shower head and nothing seems to work! I've tried WD-40, PB Blaster, vinegar, and even the hot and cold water method. I've had some stronger friends give it a go too, but no luck. I even tried to take off the pipe itself to replace it, but that won't budge either! I've got another friend coming to help tomorrow, but I'm not very optimistic. Any tips?

If you have a photo of the shower head, it might help. As a last resort, consider using a butane torch. Just be careful—it could ruin the head, but if it's stuck, you might need to get extreme!
Make sure you're using a big enough pipe wrench and turning it the right way! It shouldn't be that tight. If you haven’t used a wrench at all, definitely give that a shot. You’d be surprised how much leverage you can get with the right tools.
I was going to suggest the same! A proper wrench can make all the difference.
Consider the possibility that it's stainless steel fittings, which can gall if you over-torque. If that’s the case, you might have to take the whole shower arm off. Look for any setscrews on the escutcheon too. Good luck!
Good call on checking for those setscrews!

Totally! It’s hard to offer advice without seeing the exact setup.
